Existence gives us a taste of awareness, enough so that we are beings that know we exist, in order that we may apprehend true existence, Hashem and relate with Him to bring into this world the light of Torah and demonstrate His Attributes of Mercy.
True Existence gives consciousness and a mortal life in order to give awareness to a being to apprehend the true existence and extract through the free will choice with which we are empowered trapped Shechina from the darkness that covers true existence and bring it to revealed light through shining the light of a pasuk of Torah or a mitzvah or of His Attributes of Mercy into our intentions poised then to fertilize our thoughts speech and deeds, for then the true light can dispel the dark covering. We are emowered to “do” in this world in order for light to enter while the world retains what seems like material existence but is really all Hashem and None Other. When our vision to “do” is aligned with Torah, avoda and gemilas chesed, it is the greatest expression of our uniqueness and reflects our love and awe of Hashem.
Doing so fulfills the design of creation and brings merits to klal yisrael for infusing nature with Torah, creating transparency within the otherwise opaque mask of nature that covers the spiritual truth of His Existence in the world so that Hashem, through the light of Torah infused by human introduction in thought speech and deed, is able to be revealed in this world without obliterating the world.
Doing so also fulfills our potential – rectifying our own nature in the process of enabling us to to receive the greatest pleasure possible – for when our soul reconnects to existence after 120 years, having served without faltering in knowing true existence, once reunited, that reunion will itself be intrinsically rewarding.
Autonomy versus Uniqueness
The illusion of autonomous independent existence is the flag of the evil, the ra, of our natural animalistic inclination
Uniquenss is the expression in thought word and deed of True Existence (Torah Avoda Gemilas Chesed) that we are empowered to deliver into the world as Nishmas Am Yisrael, thereby completing the circuitry as the vessel through which light healing and blessing can flow into the world
The effort to do so with intention to serve Hashem is a force that draws the vitality from the false sense of autonomy otherwise headed for nurturing the forces of evil, in the lower three kelipas, to flow instead into the healing and blessings that Hashem wants to bring. Hashem empowers us as the “shadcan between Torah and the world through the gifts of free will and creative speech..By doing so we build the vitality into rectification and merits.
He gives us life and awareness and real free will to do this for the intrinsic reward of apprehending true existence here and for all eternity.
May we encounter the constant opportunities presented to us through the messages of our unconscious and subconscious mind by expressing our true uniqueness – when we experience survival impulses triggered by fears of abandonment or annihilation, may our effort to move ourselves from the natural reactions of a subjective animalistic instinct to instead utter Shema Yisrael Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad empowered by an intention to shine the Soul of the Torah onto the matter in order to draw the trapped Shechina from the darkness of the affliction that happened when we acquired zoohama, the poison injected by the nachash, when we ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This is our primary task at every moment. Hashem is in total control of our circumstances. The task is to unify and redeem impulse and emotions of bitterness so that this vitality becomes happy in connecting to true happiness – Torah, Avoda, and gemilas chesed – for bitterness is the experience of the soul being far from conneting with Hashem, True Existence.
We have 100% control over that. We have zero control over the outcome. And if the outcome is not good in our eyes, it means only that we have moredistance to close or more affliction to remove, not that what we did was not acceptable or effective.
